When you can’t be there yourself, let them know you care. It’s the next best thing to a hug. We’re there for the days you’re not celebrating.
Self-isolation – Get well – Thinking of you – Thank you – Breakups – Natural disasters – Moving house – Bereavement – Sorry – Miss you – Homesick – Corporate – New parents – Just because – Quarantine
We personally curate and deliver care packages throughout all of Australia, for every occasion.
Choose from delivery by hand if you’d like it to arrive same or next day in Sydney. Or by Australia Post, if the delivery is elsewhere and there’s less rush.
Our thoughtful care packages also make the perfect gift for loved ones who are housebound or simply feeling a little bit flat.
Thanks to our already curated packages and easy-to-use website, ordering is quick and easy – just a couple of clicks – to show someone how amazing they are and how much they mean to you. Even if you order last minute.
We also offer fully customised, bespoke care bags, where you get to build the package and tailor it to include your loved ones’ favourite things. Or mix and match/add to our existing packages.
Your special someone will love the thought and care that goes into all of our care bags, especially our personal touches such as a choice of handwritten greeting cards (complimentary of course). Now you can choose from a variety of cards, from Happy Birthday and Congratulations to You Got This and Get Well Soon, plus 12 other options.
In these current uncertain times, it’s important to look after your own wellbeing too. Why not order a care bag for yourself and remind yourself of how loved you are.
1. Choose your package(s)
2. Customise your package with add-ons

4. Add your personalised message
5. Sit back and relax. We’ll do the rest *
* We’ll handwrite the card for you and ship it Australia-wide. If the recipient is in Greater Sydney, we’ll hand deliver same or next day.
Where it all began
Whilst working as a concierge for platinum credit cardholders, I discovered my natural talent in helping organise other people’s personal lives. Quickly realising I was “born to be a concierge”, I started Sydney Concierge in 2010.
Fast forward eight years and I took some time out when my son was born in 2018, before resuming Sydney Concierge in September 2020. Due to Covid-19 and high demand, I pivoted and launched Quarantine Care in early 2021.
Whilst Covid-19 is not going away, quarantine is almost obsolete. Having discovered my passion for curating the perfect gift, I relaunched Quarantine Care as Bags of Care, where you can discover the same great service.
